The name QEVARON is not a generic term and may not be used to describe any other company, product, or service, whether directly or by implication.

Intellectual Property Principles
QEVARON operates on an IP-first model. This means all products, systems, architectures, algorithms, and software created by QEVARON — whether created independently or in collaboration — remain the intellectual property of QEVARON Technologies LLP unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
We do not waive IP rights by default in any engagement. If an engagement requires IP transfer, that must be agreed upon in writing, in advance, and reflected in a formal agreement.
